Selby Jennings is partnered with a top global financial services firm that is looking to bring on a Senior Treasury Funding & Liquidity Analyst to support unsecured debt capital markets funding programs. In this seat, you will be responsible for marketing debt products to institutional investors, executing securities transactions, and developing sales strategy.  
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and outreach to U.S. institutional investors to promote fixed-income offerings and support daily funding objectives.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to prepare presentations and facilitate investor meetings with portfolio managers, traders, and analysts.
• Execute debt issuance and cross-currency swaps to optimize funding costs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Understand client investment goals and risk profiles, resolve trade discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive documentation of regional activities.
• Execute securities transactions in alignment with internal investment policies, maintaining liquidity and enhancing portfolio returns.
• Monitor fixed-income markets for relative value opportunities across instruments such as government notes, mortgage-backed securities, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, CDs, and money market products.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends to inform investment decisions and provide updates to senior leadership through various committees and working groups.
• Lead initiatives related to new debt instruments, hedging strategies, liquidity planning, banking relationships, investment research, and operational enhancements.
• Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at expanding distribution of fixed-income products and increasing investor awareness.
• Prepare and update investor relations materials for internal teams, external presentations, conferences, and digital platforms.  
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree is highly desired.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• CFA certification (or working towards) is highly desired.
• Experience in either Python or C#.
• Bloomberg experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, or 65 license(s) highly desired.
